A problem shared should be a problem halved. So, we should make sure that we are not afraid of getting in touch with people like us. There could be limits on things that we can do and we should be aware of our limitations if we want to minimize stress whenever possible. Avoiding problem is an effective way to eliminate stress in the first place. There are many things we can do to eliminate or at least reduce stress, whenever possible.
We may need to plan our studies and we should have daily cut-off points, where we could stop studying and look for ways to unwind. We should know how to have fun and it could be different for specific students. As an example, they could spend time with friends, listen to favourite music and watch preferred TV series. It is also possible to eliminate stress by keeping our energy, especially by drinking and eating regularly.
